Choose what Talinty notifies you about and how. Four groups of events, each with toggles for email and in-product delivery.

Where to find it
Open Settings, then click Notification in the Settings Tabs sidebar. The page has the title "Notifications" and is organized into
four grouped cards. Each event in each card has two toggles on the right: Via Email and Via Platform.
Via Email sends a message to the address on your profile.
Via Platform lights up the bell icon in the top right of the Talinty interface and shows the event in your in-product notification
feed.
You can turn either, both, or neither on for each event. The toggles are independent.
The four groups of events
Jobs & Candidates Activities. The things that happen as candidates move through your pipeline. This group includes notifications
for a new applicant arriving, a candidate being moved between stages (for example, Interview to Offer), a candidate being
disqualified, a team member submitting interview feedback, and a candidate finishing an assessment. This is the group most
recruiters keep on. If you only enable one group, enable this one.
Job Management. Events about the lifecycle of the jobs themselves rather than the candidates inside them. You can be notified
when a job goes live, when a job is approaching its expiration date, and when a job has received no applicants after a set number
of days. Useful for Recruiters managing more than a handful of open roles at once, and for Admins who want to keep an eye on
stalled pipelines.
Team & Collaboration. Events that involve you specifically. Being mentioned in a note or comment with @yourname, being
assigned to a candidate, and having a task assigned to you. These notifications are usually worth keeping on for both channels,
because they are direct prompts for action rather than background information.
System & Admin Alerts. Account-level events. Changes to your account or permissions, a new team member joining the
workspace, and subscription or billing-related updates. The first and the third are most relevant to Admins. Most non-Admin
users can leave System & Admin Alerts off without missing anything they need.
Click Save Changes at the bottom right when you are done. Changes take effect for new events from that point forward.
Notifications that fired before you changed the settings are not re-sent.

three to five event names on the right, with two small toggles per row labeled "Email" and "Platform". Use Signal Mint card

A starting point if you don't want to think about it
If you are new to Talinty and do not want to read through every toggle, here is a reasonable default: keep Jobs & Candidates
Activities on Platform only, Team & Collaboration on both Email and Platform, Job Management on Platform only, and System &
Admin Alerts off unless you are an Admin.
This setup keeps the things that need your direct attention loud, keeps the things that are good to know quiet, and avoids the
inbox flood that comes from leaving everything on email.
You can change it at any time. Most people refine these settings in their second week, once they have seen the volume of each
type.
When notifications stop arriving
Two common causes. The first is that the toggle for a specific event is off; reopen this page and check. The second is that
Talinty's emails are going to your spam folder or being blocked by your company's mail filter; add the sender domain to your safesenders list, and ask your IT team to do the same if you are on a managed account.
If neither of those resolves it, contact support with one specific example: "I expected an email for X event on Y date and did not
receive it."
