Creating your Talinty account
Sign up, verify your email, and set up your Talinty account in about five minutes.

Before you start
Use a work email. Personal accounts will get you in for testing, but several features key on your work domain (routing
applications to the right address, the look of your career page, the way candidates see you in confirmation emails), so you'll
save yourself a migration later by signing up with the address you actually use for work.
Have a password ready. Talinty asks for at least eight characters with a mix of letters and numbers. If you use a password
manager, generate one in there now so you don't have to remember it. If you don't, pick something you can type from
memory but isn't reused from another account.
That's the whole prep list.
Go to app.talinty.com/signup.
Enter your full name, work email, and password.
Click Get Started.
You'll land on the email verification screen.
Verify your email
We send a four-digit code to the address you signed up with so we know it's
yours. Codes are how we keep the workspace tied to a real person, not a typo.
Check your inbox for an email from Talinty (subject: Your Talinty verification
code).
Open it and copy the six digits.
Enter them on the verification screen and click Verify & Continue.
The code expires in ten minutes. If it does, click Resend for a new one. There's a
one-minute cooldown between sends to keep automated traffic out.
If something goes wrong
The email didn't arrive. Look in your spam or promotions folder first. Mail filters are aggressive on anything from a domain
they haven't seen before. If it's not there, the address you entered probably has a typo. Click back and re-enter it.
The code says it's invalid. Codes don't love hidden characters. Type the digits manually rather than pasting, especially if your
email client is the kind that adds extra formatting on copy.
The Resend button isn't doing anything. There's a one-minute cooldown between sends. The button is just waiting; give it 60
seconds and try again.
Your work domain blocks the sign-up. Some IT teams block external app registrations at the network or mail level. Ask your
admin to allowlist talinty.com (the app domain) and mail.talinty.com (the email sender domain), or use a different work
address you control.
You verified with the wrong email. Contact support before you do anything else. It's faster to fix in our system than to start
over with a new account, because billing, team membership, and any data you've added are tied to the original.
What happens to your information
Three things, in case you're wondering:
Your name, email, and any company information you provide live in your workspace and are visible only to teammates you
invite.
Your password is hashed; we can't see it, even on our end.
We don't sell, share, or analyze your account information for advertising. The full privacy policy is at talinty.com/privacy.
What's next
After verification, Talinty drops you into the onboarding wizard. It's a few short setup screens, most of which you can skip.
