Complete the onboarding wizard
A short setup flow that asks for the basics Talinty needs before you start hiring.

What it's actually for
Right after you verify your email, Talinty walks you through a few setup screens. They exist because the platform needs to know
who your company is before it can brand your career pages, route applications, and tune the AI to your context. None of the
questions are arbitrary. Every answer shapes something a candidate will eventually see.
Almost every step has a Skip option. Anything you skip waits for you on a setup checklist in the top right of the dashboard. Come
back when you're ready.
The one step worth taking time on: your company profile
The company profile is the only screen that does work outside of Talinty. It's what shows up on your career pages, your
application confirmation emails, and the first thing candidates see when they land on a job posting. Get it right now and you won't
have to rewrite a candidate-facing template later.
You'll be asked for:
Company name (required). The name candidates will see at the top of every job posting and in the subject line of every
confirmation email. Use the name you want candidates to recognize, which isn't always the legal entity. If you're "Acme
Holdings Ltd" legally but "Acme" publicly, use Acme.
Slogan (optional). A short line under your name on career pages. If you don't have one, leave it blank; an empty line reads
better than a placeholder. You can add it later.
Address (required). Used for job location defaults. If you have multiple offices, use the head office here; per-role locations get
set when you create each job.
Phone number (required). Used for verification codes if you ever lose access, and as the recruiter contact on public job
pages. Use a line that's actually monitored, not a main switchboard.
If you'd rather come back to this, click I'll do this later at the bottom of the screen. You can edit any of these from Settings →
Company any time.

later link.]
The other steps
The wizard continues with a few more short prompts. They cover things like inviting teammates and setting hiring preferences
(default pipeline, sourcing channels you use, that sort of thing). Each one has a clear skip option, and everything is editable later
from Settings.
If you're the first person from your team in Talinty, it's worth going through all of them now. If someone else has already set up
the workspace and invited you, your wizard will be shorter and mostly skippable.
Note for the docs team: the live wizard has a few specific steps beyond company profile. Fill in their labels and order here once
they're locked in product. Keep the "editable later from Settings" framing consistent.
You're in
The wizard ends with a confirmation screen (Congrats! You're all set) and a Get Started button that drops you on the dashboard.
If you skipped optional steps, the setup checklist in the top-right corner of the dashboard tracks what's left. Finish at your own
pace, or dismiss it if you've decided you don't need those steps. Dismissing the checklist doesn't lock you out of anything; it just
hides the reminder.

Editing your profile later
Everything in the onboarding wizard is reversible. To change any of it:
Company information lives in Settings → Company.
Hiring preferences live in Settings → Hiring.
Team and invitations live in Settings → Team.
All changes apply going forward. For jobs you've already published, edit each one from its job page if you want the change
reflected on the public posting too.
