Inviting teammates allows your organization to work from the same candidate data, the same hiring workflow, and the same decision history.
When to invite a teammate

- Help manage jobs or hiring workflows

How team access works
Each teammate should have access based on their role in the hiring process. Some users may need broad access across jobs and candidates, while others may only need to review specific candidates or participate in a specific stage.
This helps keep collaboration focused while protecting candidate data.
